My RIGHTS as a commissioner

I have the right to take as many commissions as I'd like whenever I like
I have the right to DENY work whenever I like
I have the right to refund you, for whatever reason, and you will get a full refund whether it be points or money
I have the right to Copy Right my work and put an artist tag on my work, whether it's your character or not.
I have the right to upload commissions to my gallery even if it's your character.
I have the right to bump up my prices, and you will have to fallow those new prices.

Your rights as a customer:

You have the right to commission me
You have the right to cancel your commission at anytime, however once the image is started, you will only get 50% back of what you have payed. Once the image is done and or uploaded, you can no longer cancel or get a refund.
You have all rights to your OC in the image, which includes uploading the image to your gallery and using the image how ever you like. However YOU MUST CREDIT ME
